I understand how you feel because I’ve been there. At my highest point, I was 140 lbs overweight. I was constantly stressed out and the simplest things, like walking the stairs, would often leave me breathless. I tried every diet and fitness plan out there (even weight loss surgery) and had some success, but it was always short-lived. Eventually I would gain the weight back and feel like an utter failure.
It wasn’t until I stopped chasing the latest fad and started working on the basics that little by little, I started to see long lasting success. My journey wasn’t overnight and it wasn’t easy, but it was simple.
